A hit-and-run crash at Aero Club and South Club drives in Wellington killed Toshimi Abe-Janiga, Palm Beach County’s 2021 Teacher of the Year. Abe-Janiga, 62, was in the crosswalk outside the Lakefield community when a vehicle turning eastbound on South Club Drive struck her.
